Cheesy Potato Patties 

📝 Ingredients
3 large potatoes, boiled and mashed
1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, or mix)
2 tablespoons cornstarch or flour
1 egg (optional, helps bind)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
Oil for frying
🍴 Instructions
Make the Mixture
Combine mashed potatoes, cheese, cornstarch, egg, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Mix until smooth and easy to shape.
If too soft, add a little more cornstarch.
Shape
Form small balls or patties.
Flatten slightly.
Fry
Heat oil over medium heat.
Fry patties for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden and crisp.
Drain on paper towels.

💡 Tips
Cold mashed potatoes hold shape better
Don’t overcrowd the pan
Add diced ham for extra flavor
Air fryer: 200°C for 10–12 min, flipping once
