Ginger, Onion & Honey Immunity Mix

This powerful homemade blend combines fresh ginger, onion, garlic, lemon juice, and honey into a natural wellness booster. It’s simple to prepare and often used as a soothing remedy during cold season or whenever you need extra immune support.

1 medium onion, finely chopped or grated

1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger

2 cloves garlic, minced or grated

Juice of 1 lemon

3–4 tablespoons raw honey

In a clean bowl, combine the grated onion, ginger, and garlic.

Add fresh lemon juice and mix well.

Stir in the honey until everything is evenly coated.

Transfer to a clean glass jar with a lid.

Let it sit for at least 4–6 hours (or overnight) in the refrigerator to allow the flavors to blend.

Store in the fridge and use within 3–4 days.
