🍛 1. Salmon Tikka Masala with Basmati Rice

Ingredients

2 salmon fillets (500–600 g total), cut into large chunks
1 tbsp oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp grated ginger
150 ml tomato sauce
120 ml heavy cream
1 tbsp tikka masala paste or seasoning
250 g cooked basmati rice
Salt and black pepper
Cilantro for garnish

Instructions

Season the salmon lightly with salt and pepper.
Heat the oil in a pan and cook the garlic and ginger for 30 seconds.
Add the tikka masala paste and tomato sauce. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
Stir in the cream and mix until smooth.
Add the salmon and cook gently until just done.
Serve over basmati rice and finish with cilantro.

Ingredients

2 salmon fillets (500–600 g total)
200 g asparagus
2 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Salt and black pepper
Lemon slices

Instructions

Place the salmon and asparagus on a baking tray.
Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
Add garlic, salt, and pepper.
Bake until the salmon is juicy and the asparagus is tender.
Serve with lemon slices on the side.

Ingredients

2 salmon fillets (500–600 g total)
1 tbsp oil
120 ml passion fruit pulp or juice
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp butter
Salt and black pepper

Instructions

Season the salmon with salt and pepper.
Sear in a pan with oil until golden on both sides.
In a small pan, combine passion fruit and honey.
Simmer for 2–3 minutes, then stir in the butter.
Spoon the sauce over the salmon before serving.

Salmon: 4–5 minutes per side
Sauce: 3–4 minutes

Ingredients

2 salmon fillets (500–600 g total)
1 tbsp butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
150 ml heavy cream
80 g spinach
30 g parmesan cheese, optional
Salt and black pepper

Instructions

Season the salmon with salt and pepper.
Cook in a pan until lightly golden, then remove and set aside.
In the same pan, melt the butter and cook the garlic for 30 seconds.
Add the cream and spinach.
Cook until the spinach wilts and the sauce thickens slightly.
Return the salmon to the pan and spoon the sauce over it.

Salmon: 4–5 minutes per side
Sauce: 3–4 minutes
