Ingredients

  • 4 large ripe tomatoes, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1 tbsp honey (optional for balance)

Instructions

  1. Prep the tomatoes
    Add diced tomatoes and cherry tomatoes to a large salad bowl.
  2. Add vegetables
    Mix in sliced red onion and diced cucumber.
  3. Flavor boost
    Add minced garlic, chopped basil, and chopped parsley for maximum aroma.
  4. Make the magic dressing
    In a small bowl, whisk together:
    • Olive oil
    • Balsamic vinegar or lemon juice

    • Paprika

  5. Combine
