Layer 1: Refried Bean Base
- 1 can (16 oz) refried beans
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning
- 1 tbsp lime juice (optional)
Layer 2: Creamy Taco Mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cream cheese (softened)
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning
Layer 3: Fresh Guacamole
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
Layer 4: Salsa Layer
- 1 cup chunky salsa (drained) or pico de gallo
Layer 5: Shredded Cheese
- 1½ cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
Layer 6: Crisp Veggies
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- ½ cup diced tomatoes
- ¼ cup diced red onion (optional)
Layer 7: Toppings
- ¼ cup sliced black olives
- ¼ cup chopped green onions
- Fresh cilantro (optional)
🥣 Instructions
1. Prepare Layer 1
Mix refried beans with taco seasoning & lime juice.
Spread evenly in the bottom of a 9×13 dish or large serving bowl.
2. Prepare Layer 2
Beat together sour cream, cream cheese, and taco seasoning until smooth.
Spread on top of the bean layer.
3. Layer 3
Mash avocados with lime juice, garlic powder, salt, pepper.
Spread over the cream layer.
4. Layer 4
Spread salsa evenly over the guacamole layer.
(Drain excess liquid so dip doesn’t get watery.)
5. Layer 5
Sprinkle shredded Mexican cheese over the salsa.
6. Layer 6
Add shredded lettuce, tomatoes, and onions.
7. Layer 7
Top with olives, green onions, and cilantro.
