Ingredients
Beef Layer
- 1½ lbs ground beef
- 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp low-carb ketchup
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
Bacon Layer
- 8 slices thick-cut bacon, cooked crispy and crumbled
Cheese Layer
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional for extra melt)
Egg Custard Layer (Keto Binder)
- 4 large eggs
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp low-carb ketchup
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp smoked paprika
- Salt & pepper to taste

- Chopped tomatoes
- Green onions
- Extra bacon

🍔 Instructions
1. Preheat Oven
- Preheat to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13 casserole dish.
2. Cook the Bacon
- Fry bacon until crispy.
- Drain on paper towels and crumble.
- Set aside.
3. Cook the Beef Mixture
- Heat oil in a large skillet.
- Add diced onion; sauté until softened.
- Add garlic; cook 1 minute.
- Add ground beef; cook until browned.
- Stir in salt, pepper, Worcestershire, low-carb ketchup, and mustard.
- Let simmer 2–3 minutes for flavor.
- Transfer the cooked beef mixture into the casserole dish.
4. Add Bacon + Cheese
- Sprinkle crumbled bacon evenly over the beef.
- Add 1½ cups cheddar cheese over the top.
- (Reserve remaining cheese for the final topping.)
5. Make the Keto Egg Custard
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, heavy cream, ketchup, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt & pepper.
- Blend until smooth.
6. Pour Custard Over Casserole
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over beef, bacon, and cheese.
7. Add Final Cheese Layer
- Sprinkle the remaining cheddar and mozzarella on top.
8. Bake
- Bake 25–30 minutes, until set and golden and cheese is bubbling.
🍽️ Serve
Let cool 10 minutes. Slice into squares.
Top with sliced pickles, tomatoes, green onions, or extra bacon.
