Apple, Beetroot, Carrot & Cucumber Juice Recipe

Ingredients:
1 medium apple (any variety, sweet ones like Fuji or Gala work well)
1 small beetroot, peeled and chopped
2 medium carrots, peeled and chopped
1/2 cucumber, peeled (if waxy) and chopped
1/2 inch piece of ginger (optional, for a zingy kick)
Juice of 1/2 lemon (optional, for brightness)
1/2 to 1 cup water (depending on desired consistency)
Ice cubes (optional)
🥣
Instructions:
Wash all the fruits and vegetables thoroughly.
Peel and chop the beetroot, carrot, and cucumber into small pieces.
Core and chop the apple (no need to peel it unless you prefer).
Add everything into a blender or juicer:
If using a juicer, simply run all ingredients through it.
If using a blender, add chopped produce + water, blend until smooth, then strain through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove the pulp.
Add lemon juice and ginger (optional) to the strained juice.
