Humpty Dumpty Dip

What You’ll Need
12 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons yellow mustard
1 ½ tablespoons white vinegar
1 teaspoon paprika, plus extra for garnish
1 teaspoon salt
Pinch black pepper
Pinch cayenne pepper
2 teaspoons chopped fresh chives, divided
Optional: sliced pickles for garnish
To serve: crackers, veggie sticks, or pretzels
How to Make It
Start with the eggs: Place 6 whole hard-boiled eggs into a food processor. Slice the remaining 6 eggs in half and add just the yolks to the food processor. Set the whites aside.
Create the base: Add cream cheese, mayo, mustard, vinegar, paprika, salt, black pepper, cayenne, and 1 teaspoon of chives to the processor. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Add texture: Chop the reserved egg whites and stir them into the dip by hand. This adds a great texture and makes it feel more like traditional deviled eggs.
Garnish and serve: Spoon the dip into a bowl. Top with the remaining chives, a sprinkle of paprika, and pickles if using. Serve chilled with crackers or fresh-cut vegetables.
Why You’ll Love It
Crowd-friendly: No individual stuffing required—just dip and go!
Flavor-packed: Every bite brings that classic deviled egg zing.
Versatile: Serve it as an appetizer, a spread for sandwiches, or part of a holiday platter.
