Ingredients:
- 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough or pizza dough
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese (cubed)
- 3 tbsp butter (melted)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Prepare the Dough:
Separate the biscuit or pizza dough into individual portions. Flatten each piece slightly with your fingers.
- Add the Cheese:
Place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center of each dough piece. Fold the edges around the cheese and pinch to seal completely, forming a ball.
- Prepare Garlic Butter:
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning (if using).
- Coat the Bites:
Dip each dough ball into the garlic butter mixture, ensuring it’s well coated. Place the balls seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Bake:
Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Add Parmesan and Garnish:
As soon as the bites come out of the oven, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.
- Serve:
Serve warm with marinara sauce or ranch dressing for dipping.
Enjoy your cheesy, garlicky goodness!
