- ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
🍳 Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Steak
- Pat steaks dry with paper towels.
- Season both sides with salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Let steaks rest at room temperature for 15 minutes.
Step 2: Cook the Steak
- Heat a heavy skillet over high heat.
- Add olive oil, then place steaks in the pan.
- Sear for 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare (adjust to preference).
- Reduce heat to medium-low, add butter and garlic, and spoon the garlic butter over the steaks for 30–60 seconds.
- Remove steaks from pan, garnish with parsley, and let rest.

- In the same pan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
- Add shrimp, season with salt, pepper, paprika, and chili flakes.
- Cook shrimp for 1–2 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
- Finish with lemon juice and fresh parsley.
